Liberty PTCO knows the importance of supporting our staff, administrators, and students. Every year, we receive grant requests from Liberty's teachers and staff for items and resources that elevate classroom learning and student experiences.

The funds donated to the PTCO by our families and community go directly back into our school. Thanks to the generous support of the Liberty community, during the 2025–2026 school year, the PTCO funded thousands of dollars in school improvements and student resources, including:

1. Annual Pledge Drive: Color Clash

Our annual Color Clash is our primary fundraiser of the year! Funds raised directly power our teacher grants, curriculum additions, and school improvements throughout the year.

Event Date: September 24, 2026

Students can collect pledges to earn fun prizes, support classroom competitions, and celebrate together.

Volunteers Needed: We need lots of parent volunteers on the day of the event to help toss color, hand out packets, and assist students! (email: fundraising@libertyptco.com to find out more)

2. Spirit Wear

Show your Eagle pride! We carry tees, hoodies, and accessories for students, and families.

• Where to buy: Look for our PTCO spirit wear pop-up tables at Back-to-School night and other school wide events.

3. Staff Appreciation & "Stock the Fridge"

Our Hospitality team organizes events throughout the year to show appreciation for the wonderful Liberty staff and teachers:

• Stock the Fridge: Look for our Amazon Wishlist / SignUpGenius links ahead of Fall and Spring Parent-Teacher Conference weeks to donate drinks and individually packaged snacks.

• Teacher Appreciation Week: Help us cater lunches, organize treat carts, and assemble gift bags for our teachers every spring.

4. Attend PTCO Meetings & Volunteer

Whether you have an hour a month or want to lead a committee, we welcome all parents and guardians!

• Join our monthly morning meetings to get firsthand administrative updates from Principal Kevin Doherty, vote on funding and grants, and plan community events.

5. Business Sponsorships & Matching Gifts

Are you a local business owner or does your company offer corporate matching?

• Event Sponsorships: We offer banner and promotional opportunities for local businesses that sponsor our pledge drives and community events.

• Employer Match (e.g., Benevity): Many employers match donations made to 501(c)(3) organizations like Liberty PTCO.
