Friday, September 12 - Thursday, September 25
We are thrilled to kick off this year's Liberty Middle School Annual Pledge Drive—our only fundraiser of the year! Our goal is to raise $35,000 to directly support our students through curriculum enhancements, enrichment grants, and other essential resources and programs that make Liberty Middle School an exceptional place to learn and grow. The Pledge Drive will take place from Friday, September 12, 2025, to Thursday, September 25, 2025. We invite all our Liberty families to participate and help us make this fundraiser a tremendous success! Organized entirely by Liberty staff and PTCO, this effort ensures that every dollar raised stays within our school and directly benefits our students.
Here’s how you can get involved:
● Visit this link: https://app.99pledges.com/fund/libertymid25?home_v2=true
● Enter your child’s name, your email address(es), and select their group (Advisory teacher).
● Click “Add” to create your child’s personal pledge page!
Once you’ve created the page, you can make a donation of any amount and share your child’s pledge page link with friends and family. We aim for 100% participation, and remember—no amount is too small to make a difference!
For those who prefer not to pay online, please send cash or checks to the school no later than Thursday, September 25, 2025. All checks should be made payable to Liberty PTCO.

Parent Volunteers Needed for Liberty Color Clash Fundraiser!
We need parent volunteers to help make the Liberty Color Clash Fundraiser a success! Your support is essential to ensuring our students have a great experience.
● Prize Table Volunteer: Manage the prize table during lunch. Volunteers will assist with organizing and handing out prizes to students. Your help will ensure the prize distribution goes smoothly and efficiently.
● Morning Distribution Volunteers: Students will come to the lunchroom with their Advisory class. Volunteers are needed to help distribute Color Battle t-shirts on Thursday morning, from 8:45-10:30am.
● Activity Station Volunteers: The Color Battle for all grades will be organized like a field day, with various activity stations that students will rotate through. Each station will have students for about 5 minutes before everyone gathers for the Color Battle. We need volunteers to help manage these activity stations and hand out color packets as needed.
● Clean Up: Help clean up field after the event.
